Your daily income rhythm

These 5 actions take under 30 minutes total. Do them every day without exception:

  • Take your product. Your own story is your most powerful asset.

  • Have 1 real conversation. Not a pitch — a curious, human chat about energy, health or goals.
  • Post or share 1 thing. A story, a tip, a photo, a question — consistency beats perfection.

Grow your customer base

Your first income stream is retail customers. Here is how to grow it deliberately:

  • Aim for 5 new retail customers per month to start.
  • Ask every happy customer for a referral — most people know someone who needs better energy or sleep.
  • Run a simple “7-day challenge” in your stories: post daily tips about blood flow, energy and recovery.
  • Offer a 3-minute video call to anyone curious — low pressure, high trust.
  • Use your Office shareable link in every bio, every post, every message.

Share the Affiliate opportunity

Team building starts with natural sharing, not recruiting. When someone loves the product, the opportunity sells itself:

  • Only invite people who genuinely love the product first.
  • Use the phrase: “I’m building a small team of people who care about health. If you ever want to learn how I do this, I’m happy to share.”
  • Send them this exact training page — it does the explaining for you.
  • Never chase. Interest that is pulled toward you is stronger than interest that is pushed.
  • Celebrate every new Affiliate with a personal welcome message and a quick 10-minute call.

Weekly review & adjust

Once a week — Sunday evening or Monday morning — spend 20 minutes reviewing:

  • How many conversations did I have? How many turned into customers?
  • What content got the best response? Do more of that.
  • Who do I need to follow up with this week?
  • What will I ask Ana to help me draft?
  • What is one small experiment I will try this week? (A new platform, a video, a different time of day.)

Remember: Most people quit in the first 60 days because they expect results too fast. If you show up consistently for 90 days, you will be ahead of 90% of people who start.
